Purchase Protection
To ensure fairness to all buyers, we require a holding deposit to remove a vehicle from the active marketplace. Our policy regarding these deposits is as follows:
Deposits are 100% refundable within the first 48 hours of payment, provided the vehicle has not yet been dispatched for shipping or moved to a third-party inspection site.
After the 48-hour window, $250 of the deposit becomes non-refundable to cover administrative costs and the "lost opportunity" cost of the vehicle being off the market.
If you have booked a professional third-party inspection through our platform and the vehicle fails to meet the mechanical standards described in the listing, your full deposit is eligible for a refund, regardless of the time elapsed.
Shipping and logistics fees are paid to third-party carriers. Once a vehicle has been loaded onto a transport trailer, shipping fees are non-refundable. If a delivery is cancelled prior to pick-up, a 15% processing fee may apply based on the carrier's contract.
